If you have at least one year of relevant experience, along with a positive attitude, proactivity, and eagerness to learn, this is your opportunity! **Requirements:** * Not currently enrolled in studies. * Completed secondary education. * Reside in areas adjacent to Punta Hermosa. * Age: 20 to 40 years old. * Experience in warehouse operations, distribution, dispatch, or similar roles. **Working Conditions:** Availability to work rotating shifts: First three months on Shift T1, then weekly and/or biweekly rotation (based on operational needs). T1: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM – 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM T2: Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Salary: S/ 1,430 Soles \+ Variable Bonus S/ 380 Soles \+ Night Shift Bonus \+ Overtime Pay. Meals covered by the company (70%, increasing to 80% starting from the 7th month). Transportation allowance covered at 70%. Indefinite-term contract. Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
