Job Summary: We are seeking Production Operators for the manufacturing and commercialization of natural products, performing raw material weighing and loading of inputs. Key Points: 1. REQUIREMENTS: Completed secondary education. Availability to work in Chilca (Indupark). Machinery operation. Minimum 3 months of production experience preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES: Weigh raw materials according to production scheduling. Load bags with various inputs required for product manufacturing. Clean the work area. Perform other duties within the scope of competence assigned by the immediate supervisor. BENEFITS: MYPE payroll with statutory benefits from the first day of employment (15 annual vacation days, half-month salary for semi-annual bonuses). Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 a.m. – 17:00 p.m. Salary above market rate + 100% meal allowance + overtime pay. Round-trip transportation pickup in Chilca.
