Job Summary: A leading security company is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee teams, verify regulatory compliance, and report incidents, ensuring service quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and management of security teams. 2. Verification and compliance with security regulations. 3. Participation in improvements and incident reporting. *Leading specialized security company seeking: Security Supervisor for Chilca meeting the following profile:* ***FUNCTIONS:*** *\- Supervise security personnel to ensure compliance with established directives and procedures.* *\- Conduct patrols to verify compliance by personnel under supervision.* *\- Supervise and carry out verification of identification documents for personnel, vehicles, and packages entering secured facilities.* *\- Ensure compliance with applicable security regulations and internal procedures by personnel under supervision and within assigned projects.* *\- Report incidents, anomalies, and activity progress verbally and in writing to immediate supervisors, control centers, and Operations Management, using reports, photographic evidence, etc.* *\- Participate in coordination meetings and submit service improvement proposals to optimize service quality.* *\- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the position's mission.* ***REQUIREMENTS:*** *\- Completed secondary education* *\- SUCAMEC certification course* *\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level* *\- Minimum 3 years of certified experience as a Security Supervisor or Coordinator.* *\- Must be available to work in Chilca.* *\- No police, criminal, or judicial records.* *\- Immediate availability.* ***BENEFITS:*** *\- Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits (General Regime)* *\- Gross monthly salary: S/. 2,500* *\- Timely payments* *\- Career development path* *\- Pleasant work environment* ***Note:*** ***\- "This recruitment is open to persons with disabilities, per Law No. 29973\."*** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
