Job Summary: We are seeking masons / general maintenance workers to perform masonry work, mixture preparation, and assist in structural construction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform masonry work and prepare mixtures. 2. Assist in constructing basic structures and related tasks. 3. Comply with safety regulations and maintain order in the work area. *At* ***Porcelatino SAC*** *we are currently seeking* ***Masons / General Maintenance Workers*** *to work at our plant located in Chilca (Cañete).* *We are an industrial company dedicated to manufacturing and distributing ceramic tiles and porcelain tiles nationwide and internationally.* **REQUIREMENTS** *\- Minimum 2 years of certified experience as a Mason Worker or related role (mandatory)* *\- Experience in general civil works, formwork, concrete pouring, plastering, tiling, etc. (mandatory)* *\- Knowledge of masonry, carpentry, plumbing, etc. (desirable)* *\- Good physical condition to carry out general civil works.* *\- Availability to work in Chilca (Cañete) (mandatory)* **RESPONSIBILITIES** *\- Perform masonry tasks such as wall erection, plastering, formwork installation and removal.* *\- Prepare concrete, mortar, and other construction material mixtures.* *\- Carry out leveling, layout, and setting-out tasks according to drawings or technical instructions.* *\- Install blocks, bricks, stones, or other construction elements.* *\- Assist in constructing basic structures such as sidewalks, stairs, and floors.* *\- Load, transport, and organize construction materials.* *\- Properly use manual and electric tools specific to the trade.* *\- Comply with safety regulations and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.* *\- Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area.* *\- Perform other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.* **WE OFFER** *\- Compensation: Formal payroll \+ Mobility bonus \+ Overtime pay* *\- Accommodation and meals (covered by the company)* *\- Pleasant working environment.* Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Application Question(s): * Do you have availability to work in Chilca (Cañete)?
