Role Objective: Support area-related management processes to ensure they are carried out as efficiently and effectively as possible. Main Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive support in controlling and monitoring operational timeframes, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing effective solutions to optimize process efficiency and effectiveness. * Provide logistical support for equipment transportation to operations by properly managing required documentation. * Support administrative processes related to operations personnel, ensuring their proper management. * Actively collaborate in Enaex’s training programs for operations personnel. * Actively participate in training sessions and operational task execution, as well as in managing the electronic initiation system. * Support area project management, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing effective solutions to achieve established objectives in value generation. * Perform assigned tasks effectively under supervision, following instructions and requirements, and assuming necessary leadership and responsibility to carry out corresponding actions when required. * Prepare periodic reports with key indicators and relevant statistics to continuously monitor results obtained in the area. Requirements: Desirable: 6 months of experience in blasting Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, or related fields Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
