REQUIREMENTS: Civil technician or Bachelor's degree. 3 years of experience as a field supervisor in civil works and/or earthworks, and in executing surface and underground mine construction. RESPONSIBILITIES: Efficiently monitor project progress to ensure completion within scheduled deadlines and projected profitability. Control resources assigned to projects (personnel, materials, equipment, etc.) for efficient utilization. Supervise earthworks, civil works, structures, assembly, camps, access roads, and mining facilities, according to project scope. Control resources assigned to projects (personnel, materials, equipment, etc.) for efficient utilization. Review and analyze drawings for understanding, layout, re-surveying, and corresponding field control using surveying techniques. Responsible for field progress, coordinating with other departments and management. Coordinate with logistics and/or management for material transportation to sites, as well as proper handling and appropriate usage.
