Work inside the mine **A prominent mining sector company is seeking:** **Motor Grader Operator** Position Purpose Operate the motor grader for cutting, grading, terrain shaping, road opening, and road maintenance, ensuring efficiency, precision, and compliance with safety standards on assigned projects. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * One year of experience operating inside the mine (underground tunnel). * Valid AIIB driver's license. * No traffic violations from the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC). Responsibilities: * Operate the motor grader to grade, profile, and finish ground or road surfaces. * Execute cuts and fills according to drawings, elevations, and technical specifications. * Conduct daily equipment inspections (fuel, oil, hydraulic fluid levels, tire condition, electrical system status). * Adjust the blade and other attachments to ensure grading quality. * Coordinate with surveyors and supervisors to meet required tolerances and gradients. * Record operating hours, fuel consumption, and report malfunctions to the maintenance department. * Comply with safety, internal traffic, and site signage regulations. * Maintain the machine in optimal condition, assisting in basic preventive maintenance tasks. * Participate in safety meetings and report unsafe conditions. **We Offer:** * Full payroll registration starting from the first day of work. * Meals and accommodation provided. * Work schedule: 14 days on / 7 days off. * Ongoing training. * Opportunity to join a leading company in the mining sector.
