Job Summary: We are seeking RIGGERS to join our team, performing lifting operations safely and applying standards at MINERA CHINALCO PERU. Key Highlights: 1. Perform lifting operations safely and efficiently. 2. Apply safety standards and assess workplace risks. 3. Knowledge of rigging techniques and lifting maneuvers. We are Consorcio Logístico Sagitario, and currently recruiting **RIGGERS** to join our team at **MINERA CHINALCO PERU**, located in Junín at 4,500 meters above sea level. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform lifting operations on the project, respecting equipment capacities and established safety standards. * Inspect and assess risks in the work area, applying established procedures and standards. * Know and apply load-securing techniques using slings, shackles, and shackles, considering load capacity, specifications, and characteristics. * Always wear personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety glasses, vest, gloves, safety footwear, and other items required for daily tasks as defined in procedures). * Properly secure the work area and remove unauthorized personnel from operational zones. * Care for and protect company assets assigned to support job performance (radios, retractable lanyards, harnesses, rigging gear, vehicles, etc.). * Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of functional competence. * Comply with work standards specified in RIT, RISST, RITRAN, IPER, IPERC, and JSA. **EDUCATION:** * Technical personnel with lifting experience. * Documented competency from courses and/or certifications issued by previous employers. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 3 years of certified experience in industrial, mining, construction, civil works, installation, lifting, maintenance shutdowns, or related sectors. **AVAILABILITY:** * Willingness to work under a 14-days-on/7-days-off schedule or other special or alternative work arrangements, as required by operational needs. * Willingness to travel domestically. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Knowledge of hand signals for lifting operations per ASME\-B30\.5\. * Extensive knowledge of lifting operations. * Teamwork capability. * Effective communication. * Proactivity in work and a positive attitude aligned with continuous improvement.
