Registration and verification of instruments and tools. **General Description** Technical assistant responsible for providing support in calibration, verification, and adjustment activities of measurement equipment and instruments. **Requirements** * Engineer or Technician in Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of quality standards applicable to laboratories (ISO/IEC 17025). * Prior experience in calibration or metrology laboratories is desirable. * Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word) and quality management systems. **Responsibilities** * Register OTICs for calibration and/or maintenance services in the laboratory’s activity schedule. * Send calibration certificates to customers. * Send instrument entry/exit records to customers. * Prepare equipment and instruments for calibration processes. * Support the execution of calibrations according to internal procedures and technical standards. * Collaborate in the preparation of calibration certificates and reports. * Register and verify the entry and exit of standards, auxiliary equipment, and tools.
