




REQUIREMENTS: * Industrial Engineering or Business Administration professionals. * Proficiency in Word and Excel (Intermediate level). * Minimum 1 year of experience in the position. * Immediate availability. * Experience managing social media. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Drafting and submitting employment contracts to the Ministry of Labor. * Registration in the T-Register, PLAME declarations, PDT, AFP Net. * Preparing payroll settlements. * Preparing payroll lists and evaluating reports from all departments. * Processing payments via Receipts for Services Rendered. * Scheduling bonus and vacation payments. * Proposing improvement ideas for each position. * Other duties as assigned. WORK SCHEDULE: * Monday to Friday: 6:40 am – 4:40 pm * Saturdays: 6:40 am – 2:30 pm BENEFITS: * Formal employment contract starting from the 4th month + statutory benefits. * Job-related training. * Employment certificate.
