Our **Aftersales** team is looking for a **BMW Mechanic Technician** to join Inchcape **Peru**. The purpose of this role is to deliver appropriate service to vehicles entering the workshop, following procedures as outlined in the manual, ensuring service quality, using all tools provided by the company, and completing ongoing training offered both by Inchcape and the BMW Group. **What You’ll Do** * Inspect vehicles to transparently and promptly communicate information to the owner via the Clear Mechanic tool. * Perform preventive vehicle maintenance according to the brand’s technical manual using the ISTA tool. * Communicate via email the work carried out and findings identified on serviced vehicles. * Provide appropriate documentation to manage brand warranties and recalls. * Meet workshop productivity and efficiency targets. * Support network workshops during campaigns. * Assist with mechanical roadside assistance. * Support brand events. * Complete manufacturer-provided courses (WBTs) and those offered by Inchcape University. * Report and perform checklists for the lifts used. **About You** To succeed in this role, you will have: * Automotive, Industrial, or Electrical Technician qualification—or related field. * 1 year of experience in an automotive workshop. * Knowledge of diagnostic tool (scanner) operation. * Valid A1 driver’s license. * Basic Office software knowledge. **What We Offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and we invite you to do it with us.
