Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assembly Technician for a cladding and metal-mechanical project, responsible for advanced blueprint reading and supervising crews during complex assemblies.
Key Highlights:
1. Industrial assembly or civil construction experience (1–2 years)
2. Mandatory knowledge of working at heights and use of PPE
3. 14-day work / 7-day rest labor regime with payment via Service Fee Receipt
*Wensthay is a company specialized in cladding and metal-mechanical services for the industrial and mining sectors. For this project, we are currently seeking an Assembly Technician meeting the following profile:*
* **Assembly Technician:** Responsible for advanced blueprint reading, crew supervision, and execution of highly complex assemblies.
**Common Requirements:**
* **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in industrial assembly or civil construction projects.
* **Safety:** Mandatory knowledge of **working at heights** and use of PPE (lifeline, harness).
* **Residence:** Preferably residing in **Tarma** or nearby areas in **Junín**.
**Service Conditions:**
* **Labor Regime:** **14 days on / 7 days off (14x7\)** system.
* **Payment Method:** Via **Service Fee Receipt** (service contract).
