Your mission will be to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System, ensuring a safe environment for all our employees nationwide. **What profile are we looking for?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Hygiene and Safety, or related fields. * **Specialization:** Postgraduate degree or diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum **3 years** leading OSH departments, preferably in companies with nationwide branches or in the retail/financial sector. * **Knowledge:** Expert-level knowledge of **Law No. 29783** and its amendments. Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel. * **Skills:** Leadership, auditing capability, excellent communication, and results-oriented mindset. **Your main challenges will include:** * Leading the execution of the Annual OSH Plan and Program. * Coordinating and supervising the OSH Committee and its election processes. * Managing the updating of the **IPERC** matrix and site-specific risk maps. * Supervising investigations of incidents and work-related accidents. * Handling audits and inspections conducted by regulatory authorities (SUNAFIL). * Developing training programs and fostering a culture of prevention across all staff.
