Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Project Assistant for En Del Jardín to support the planning, development, and execution of landscaping and irrigation system projects. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we are looking for an Operational Project Assistant who will actively contribute to the planning, development, and execution of landscaping and irrigation system projects. Main Responsibilities: * Support planning for maintenance and design of green areas and technified irrigation systems. * Prepare budgets for the implementation of landscaping projects, irrigation systems, and green area maintenance. * Select plant species, prioritizing native plants and the use of biological inputs. * Develop and present technical proposals and creative concepts for projects. * Prepare reports on field visits. * Client and project follow-up. * Coordinate and supervise the technical and operational team to ensure proper execution of work. * Supervise compliance with quality, sustainability, and resource-efficiency standards. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Graduate in Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of budget preparation for projects. * Proficiency in design software and AutoCAD, Office. * Organizational skills, ability to work in teams, perform under pressure, and focus on results.
