P MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN **REQUIREMENTS:** * Electrical Technician, Maintenance Technician, or Industrial Mechanic * 1 year of experience as a maintenance technician. * Availability to work 8-hour shifts and rotate weekly among the three shifts: morning, afternoon, and early-morning. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Repair equipment operational issues during the assigned shift to ensure equipment reliability. * Record shift incidents in the SAP system and report equipment failures to the supervisor for timely identification. * Inspect and/or ensure the supply of auxiliary services for production and packaging operations. * Inspect and/or communicate pending tasks to guarantee the operational continuity of production lines. * Ensure and/or execute compliance with SIG standards in all activities to minimize applicable risks related to quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and food safety. * Actively participate in continuous improvement programs and similar initiatives to foster a culture of excellence in our processes, aligned with company needs, procedures, and policies. * Provide support in additional duties delegated by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Offered: Payroll registration + base salary (General Regime) + statutory benefits + company benefits. * Dynamic, high-pressure, team-based work environment.
