




Position Summary: We are seeking an HSE Supervisor for the mining sector, responsible for ensuring compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads and supervises the execution of HSE inspections and compliance. 2. Develops and updates standards for integrated management systems. 3. Investigates incidents and accidents, coordinating corrective actions. HSE Supervisor We are a service provider to the mining sector and are currently seeking an HSE Supervisor for the Central Zone. Position Objective: Ensure compliance with legal, internal, and client-related requirements concerning Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment. Profile: Licensed and registered engineer in Mining Engineering, Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions within the industrial mining sector. Diploma, specialization, and/or Master’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health Management or related disciplines. Willingness to work under shift-based regime. Professional residing in any district of Lima or Junín. Responsibilities: Disseminate principles, regulations, standards, and policies of Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment applicable to the company. Analyze and update HSE process management indicators aligned with objective achievement and accident reduction. Maintain and disseminate control boards across departments. Take action and follow up on proposed corrective actions. Analyze and act upon indicator results for Process Owners. Lead HSE Supervisors, Prevention Officers, and Practitioners in conducting ongoing inspections of unsafe acts and conditions, including recording and tracking closure. Ensure implementation of the HSE program at assigned sites and/or projects. Similarly, ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding training and other mandatory records. Develop, disseminate, and review the IPER matrix in coordination with each department, project, or site nationwide. Conduct investigation and documentation of incidents and accidents. Coordinate with project and site leads to carry out accident investigations and documentation. Supervise and review compliance with PPE standards across the organization. Supervise personnel on correct use and maintenance of safety equipment and machine/equipment safety systems. Develop, review, and update integrated management system standards. Develop, review, and update safety management tools: IPERC, PETAR, as well as review ATS documents.
