Participation in improvement projects and initiatives **JOB MISSION:** Develop daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly mining plans, including dump sequencing at waste/mineral stockpiles, and provide support in validating the consistency of inputs received from various MCP departments to contribute to achieving mining plans, as well as supporting validation of material quality for delivery to the concentrator plant. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly mining plans, including dump sequencing at waste and mineral stockpiles. * Support consolidation and validation of the consistency of inputs received from geology, geotechnical, metallurgy, mine operations, plant operations, mine maintenance, and plant maintenance departments for mining plan development. * Determine equipment and personnel requirements needed to implement mining plans, presenting analysis results in coordination with the direct supervisor. * Support required coordination with operational departments regarding execution of mining plans. * Prepare reports on mining plan execution results, comparing deviations against planned targets. Additionally, prepare other reports as required by assigned responsibilities. * Participate in formulating area improvement projects/initiatives. * Support design of temporary ramps and access roads enabling implementation of mining plans. * Support required coordination regarding daily activities such as field marking of designs, blast hole patterns, and mining priorities.
