Hotel group is currently seeking an **experienced Painter/Maintenance Worker** with proven experience in the restaurant and hotel industry. We are looking for a responsible individual with initiative and willingness to travel between our various locations, performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, with a strong focus on painting work. **Responsibilities:** * Carry out general maintenance activities (plumbing, electrical work, minor repairs, etc.) * Perform tasks with emphasis on interior and exterior painting. * Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, patching, and application of sealants. * Respond to reports of malfunctions or repair needs at the premises. * Monitor proper operation of equipment and facilities. * Ensure safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing conditions in each operational unit. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in painting and maintenance within restaurants, hotels, or similar environments. * Solid knowledge of interior and exterior painting techniques. * Additional skills in electricity, plumbing, refrigeration, and general maintenance. * Availability to travel between different locations. * Positive attitude, responsibility, proactivity, and attention to detail. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: **S/.1,800** * Labor regime: Remype * Job stability * Positive work environment Job type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.1,800.00 per month Application question(s): * Could you share your experience performing painting work?
