Job Description: A prominent Piuran company dedicated to bakery and pastry production is seeking a **Dispatch Supervisor** who meets the following job profile: **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise and verify order fulfillment and delivery times. * Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and product quality. * Coordinate with production and warehouse to guarantee smooth and timely order dispatch. * Control the application of the FIFO system for stored products and cold chambers. * Supervise staff and drivers, ensuring compliance with rules, procedures, and appearance standards. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and waste control within the area. * Prepare dispatch guides and perform final product inspection before shipment. * Report any incidents or issues regarding products or orders to the respective supervisors. * Continuously train and evaluate area personnel. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed university or technical studies in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in a similar role. **(ESSENTIAL)** * Leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and technical knowledge. **BENEFITS:** * Career growth opportunities. * Formal employment with all statutory benefits.
