Become part of a team passionate about excellence and growth. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Schedule activities according to the frozen product receipt or dispatch plan. * Ensure compliance with health standards of the Quality Management System during dispatch and distribution processes. * Conduct appropriate sampling during receipt, storage, and dispatch of frozen products at the warehouse (weights, organoleptic evaluation, temperature measurement, packaging integrity, etc.). * Prepare reports on sampled products. * Enforce product specifications according to TECHNICAL SHEETS and develop Technical Data Sheets. * Evaluate units assigned to routes regarding cleanliness, disinfection, and temperature; also verify product temperatures prior to shipment according to lists of demanding customers, ensuring temperatures of \-18°C. * Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) during storage, dispatch, and distribution stages. * Verify compliance with health and hygiene standards, which must be communicated to all personnel. * Check measuring instruments (scales) used in the warehouse and primary cutting areas. * Sampling and procurement of domestic purchases; verification and preparation of shrinkage reports. * Issue quality certificates and packing lists to demanding customers and any other requesting parties. * Train staff on GMP and Health & Safety (HS) related to their assigned tasks; handle complaints and claims. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Chemistry Technician, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in this position. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Availability to work in S.J.L. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Corporate discounts. * Positive work environment. * Career development path. * Competitive market-based salary.
