Job Summary: Controls the entry and exit of personnel and vehicles, provides assistance and guidance, and ensures compliance with security regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Access control and security. 2. Assisting and guiding visitors and staff. 3. Reporting incidents and ensuring compliance with regulations. Requirements: Completed secondary education (mandatory). Prior experience as a security agent or in similar roles (preferred). SUCAMEC certification (mandatory). Basic computer skills: Excel, Word, and email. Experience in customer service. Responsibilities: Control the entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles, verifying identities and corresponding authorizations. Provide assistance and guidance to visitors and staff at the gate, maintaining clear and respectful communication. Provide basic information regarding procedures and regulations of various company departments. Record information, incidents, and movements in established formats. Ensure compliance with security regulations and internal order.
