MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION MANAGER - CALLAO

A major industrial company operating in Callao is seeking a:
**MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION MANAGER**
If you are a strategic, results-oriented professional capable of aligning marketing, communication, and sales functions, this role will enable you to lead brand positioning and growth in local and regional markets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
✅ Design and implement strategies to enhance commercial reach, brand positioning, and perceived service quality for internal and external customers.
✅ Lead digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring visual identity consistency and alignment across internal and external communications (including internal marketing).
✅ Manage departmental KPIs and prepare reports for General Management.
✅ Propose data-driven and sales-oriented strategies (e.g., telemarketing, data mining, cross-selling).
✅ Coordinate participation in events, brand activations, and visibility platforms.
✅ Support product launches: monitor new product entries, specifications, photography, and catalogs.
✅ Monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends.
✅ Coordinate sales-support advertising materials (e.g., brochures, promotional items, sample kits, business cards) and oversee their control.
✅ Supervise team members (creative, digital marketing, telemarketing, and sales support).
**Requirements:**
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Sciences, or related fields.
✔ Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing/communication (team leadership or multi-channel coordination preferred).
✔ Knowledge of digital marketing and campaign management.
✔ Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
✔ SAP Business One and audiovisual/content tools experience is desirable.
