




**Bachelor's degree in accounting or administration** **Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR** **Experience in agro-industrial or food companies** * Experience in recruitment processes for operators (200 to 500\). * Maintain updated database of operational staff. * Provide induction for new employees and coordinate training as required by SIG and audits. * Experience with Starsoft system (desirable). * Experience with T\-Registro, PLAME, ESSALUD, AFP, Vida Ley, among others. * Experience preparing daily attendance and timesheet reports. * Organize and support workplace climate, recreation, and wellness activities. * Prepare periodic HR indicator reports and respond to internal audit, SUNAFIL, and certification requests. * Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and internal regulations, promoting confidentiality and timely service to staff. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. ***ESSENTIAL: must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure in a team environment, and maintain organization in their responsibilities.*** **Monday to Saturday schedule** **General regime** Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work location: On-site position
