Opportunity for proactive and responsible professionals On behalf of our client, Salus Laboris, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant for their office in San Borja. **Requirements** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * 3 years of experience in the position. * Solid experience and knowledge of the Chart of Accounts. * Intermediate to advanced level Excel proficiency **Competencies** * Planning * Responsibility * Teamwork * Proactivity **Responsibilities** * Provision, record, and settle purchase invoices and professional service receipts within payment processes * Conduct analysis of advances and expense reports * Verify that invoices and professional service receipts comply with the company’s established expense classification * Control of duplicate payments (invoices and professional service receipts paid in cash) * SCTR registration * Provision, record, and settle monthly AFP payments (review AFP payments prior to expense execution) * Provision, record, and settle rental payments * Provision, record, and settle invoices related to transactions with non-residents * Insurance policy registration by profit center and cost center * Record and settle expense reports and advances * Control of reimbursable expenses * Record in the accounting system taxes that have been paid * Perform bank reconciliations * Organize and file accounting documents * Prepare Sire Purchase Register and Plame HR Report **Benefits** * Statutory benefits included in full payroll. * Performance bonus Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
