




* **Diagnosis:** Identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems using diagnostic tools and technical expertise. * **Preventive maintenance:** Perform scheduled maintenance services, such as oil and filter changes, brake and cooling system inspections, and replacement of worn parts. * **Repairs:** Repair or replace damaged or defective components in engines, transmissions, suspension systems, brakes, steering, and other vehicle systems. * **Electrical and electronic systems:** Diagnose and repair issues in lighting, starting, charging, electronic fuel injection, and other vehicle electronic systems. * **Bodywork and painting repairs (in some cases):** Repair dents, scratches, and impacts, and perform painting work to restore the vehicle’s aesthetic appearance. * **Spare parts management:** Identify and order necessary spare parts for repairs, ensuring they are appropriate and of high quality. * **Organization and cleanliness:** Keep the workspace clean and organized, and ensure tools and equipment are in good condition. * **Customer service:** Explain identified problems and required repairs, and answer questions regarding vehicle maintenance and care. * **Safety:** Follow safety protocols to protect oneself and other workshop personnel.
