Knowledge of the Public Procurement Law and current regulations A construction-sector company is seeking a **Technical Office Manager** for construction projects, with solid experience in technical, contractual, and administrative management of building projects. * Licensed Civil Engineer, registered with the Professional Association and duly authorized. * Minimum of **5 years’ experience in construction execution**. * Minimum of **3 years’ experience in Technical Offices, contract coordination, or administration of public works contracts**. * Proven experience in: Preparation and management of progress billings, change orders, detailed quantity take-offs and deductions, time extensions, physical–financial project control. Knowledge of: * Public Procurement Law and current regulations. * Technical files, quantity take-offs, budgets, and cost analysis. * Construction scheduling and control. * Procurement processes on construction sites. * ERP S10 (intermediate–advanced level). * Intermediate-level Excel. Salary: S/.6,000.00 – S/.9,000.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
