**Requirements:** * High school diploma or university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in maintenance planning or management, preferably in agricultural machinery, heavy machinery, or industrial equipment. * Proficiency in data management and planning tools. * Availability to work in Pisco from Monday to Saturday. * Advanced Excel skills. **Knowledge:** * Knowledge of agricultural machinery and its systems (engine, transmission, hydraulic, electrical, etc.). * Experience with maintenance software (NISIRA, SAP PM, or Excel-based control sheets). * Knowledge of OPEX / CAPEX control. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and ensure execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. * Monitor oil samples and analyze their results. * Prepare maintenance reports for internal and external clients. * Track compliance of scheduled vs. executed maintenance. * Coordinate timely availability of spare parts and external services. **Benefits:** * Meals provided from Monday to Friday. * Transportation assistance available from Ica and Chincha.
