Job Summary: Supports production process coordination, time optimization, and promotion of continuous improvement in the department. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory control and compliance with safety regulations. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support coordination of production processes according to the Production Plan guidelines, aiming to meet product quality, time, cost, and volume standards. * Support execution of the Weekly Production Plan together with the Plant Manager and monitor its implementation to optimize personnel line activities and timing. * Promote and identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the Production department to achieve efficiency, effectiveness, and low production costs. * Control setup and line clearance. * Personnel management: Lead and train the production team. * Supervise equipment and machinery maintenance and cleaning. * Control raw material and finished goods inventory. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Food Industry Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 2 years of experience in food plant positions. * Residency in San Vicente de Cañete. **WE OFFER** * Market-competitive salary under the agricultural labor regime + 50% food allowance. * Overtime pay.
