Production Supervisor

Oversee and control the execution of the production plan during your shift, ensuring that processes are carried out according to the company's defined standards of quality, safety, security, efficiency, and productivity. This position ensures the proper use of resources, leads and motivates operational staff, promotes compliance with safety and quality regulations, generates management reports, and actively contributes to the continuous improvement of production processes. **Academic Background:** Technician or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Food Industries, Production, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years supervising production processes in industrial, agroindustrial, or food plants. **Functions and Responsibilities** * **Production Process Supervision:** Ensure compliance with production schedules by controlling quality, food safety, and hygiene standards. * **Personnel Management:** Organize, lead, and train the production team, verifying adherence to operational, quality, and safety protocols. * **Resource and Equipment Management:** Supervise the condition, cleanliness, and preventive maintenance of equipment and machinery, coordinating corrective actions when necessary. * **Inventory Control:** Verify the efficient use of raw materials, supplies, and packaging, avoiding overstocking, expiration, or unnecessary losses. * **Performance Indicators Management:** Prepare and report production data including efficiency, yield, waste, and processing times. * **Occupational Health and Safety:** Ensure compliance with safety regulations, promote the use of PPE, and maintain a safe working environment. * **Communication and Coordination:** Report deviations or incidents to management and coordinate with support departments (quality, maintenance, logistics). **Send your resume to: recursos.humanos@afvagro.com** Address: **Panamericana Sur Km 148 .
