Career development opportunities MP Outsourcing Logístico is currently seeking an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Assistant for our client, a leading company in the automotive sector. Location: Callao Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Salary: S/1,500 to S/1,800 (based on evaluation) * Enrollment in MYPE (Small Business) payroll. * Career development opportunities. Requirements: * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in the automotive sector. * Knowledge of and compliance with requirements stipulated under Law No. 29783. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct 5-minute safety talks at the start of each work shift. * Support onboarding and re-onboarding of new personnel or when job positions or activities change. * Monitor daily work practices and verify compliance with operational controls defined in the IPERC. * Support supervision of operations and legal compliance in OHS across the entire company. * Manage and control mandatory forms, records, and training. * Support implementation of the company’s OHS Management System. * Support supervision of operational processes from an accident prevention perspective. * Submit monthly OHS performance indicators report. * Participate in updating and maintaining the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, as well as in harmonization processes and audits as required. * Conduct periodic visits to various logistics operations according to a scheduled plan.
