Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Field Civil Engineer to ensure compliance with scope, cost, time, and quality requirements for earthworks, dam, and access projects, while maintaining smooth communication with the client.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the execution of scope, cost, time, and quality requirements within the Civil discipline.
2. Maintain smooth communication with the client and manage contractor resources.
3. Promote safety, quality, and environmental policies on site.

We are currently recruiting professionals for the position of Senior Field Civil Engineer to join our team.
**About the Role:**
* Ensure compliance with defined scope, cost, time, and quality requirements for Civil discipline scopes (earthworks, access roads, dykes, tailings dams, and water dams).
* Maintain smooth communication with the client to facilitate coordination with other client departments (e.g., Environment and Operations).
* Monitor contractor-provided resources (human, equipment, and materials) to ensure compliance with specified characteristics required for construction execution.
* Promote adherence to the client’s health, safety, and environmental policies.
* Promote adherence to quality controls during construction activities.
* Review daily reports and contribute to weekly and monthly physical progress reports for Civil discipline activities.
* Review and validate specific work procedures.
* Review contractor payment certificates, verifying quantities completed.
Monitor the contractor’s daily, weekly, and three-week activity schedules.
**About You**
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering – licensed and registered with the professional engineering association.
* 10–12 years of experience in Process Plants (Mineral Processing) during construction or operations phases, specifically in earthworks, access roads, dykes, tailings dams, and water dams.
* 5 years of mining experience (mandatory).
