REQUIREMENTS: \- Completed secondary education. \- Prior customer service experience preferred. \- Availability to work rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, or night. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Daily verification and assistance of customers visiting the establishment, inquiring about their food and/or beverage preferences during their stay. \- Providing excellent service to special guests of the company and/or General Management, offering complimentary beverages as directed by the immediate supervisor. \- Processing customer orders received via reception. \- Maintaining cleanliness of the work area, ensuring proper placement of supplies with required order, cleanliness, and quality to uphold a positive image. \- Complying with and enforcing provisions outlined in the Gambling Addiction Prevention Plan and related procedures.
