




Job Summary: Ausenco is seeking an intermediate-level Field Document Control professional to manage and coordinate document control activities, ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards on mining projects. We are currently recruiting professionals for the **Field Document Control, Intermediate** position to join our Minerals \& Metals business line on one of our major field-based projects. **About the Role** * Manage and coordinate document control activities with the project team and site personnel. * Ensure compliance with project and company quality assurance procedures and standards. * Register and distribute internal and external documentation accurately, thoroughly, and within project-defined timelines. * Manage, control, and process vendor and contractor information. * Perform bulk registration and upload of project-related information. * Issue and record site-generated documentation, including documents received from or issued to clients or contractors. * Prepare and organize information for handover to the client at package and contract closeouts. * Provide support to the project team and site personnel regarding the use of Ausenco’s document management system and area-specific procedures. * Keep project members informed about document management activities per the communication matrix, generating timely reports on project deliverables from Ausenco systems. * Maintain all project documentation in Ausenco’s internal systems and in client systems required by the project. **About You** * Minimum 6 years’ experience working on mining or construction projects in office- and field-based document control roles, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. * Proficiency in document control processes involving contractors, suppliers, and internal/external clients. * Knowledge of SPF (mandatory). * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and SharePoint. * Intermediate/advanced English (desirable). **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
