





**Job Objective** Provide administrative and operational support to the Administration Department, ensuring proper handling of documents, records, activity coordination, and response to internal and operational needs. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage administrative documents (registration, control, filing). * Assist in preparing reports, internal communications, and documentation. * **Coordinate with the operations team for information submission, attendance tracking, staff scheduling, and daily operational support.** * Coordinate with other departments and suppliers. * Monitor attendance, leave requests, and other administrative records. * Support procurement and logistics activities. * Answer calls, emails, and inquiries from staff and customers. * Perform other duties assigned by management. **Requirements** * **Education:** * Minimum: Studies in Administration. * Preferred: Technical Professional degree in Administration, Human Resources, or Accounting. * Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, and email). * Strong writing and communication skills. * Organizational ability, proactivity, and capacity to work under deadlines. **Desired Competencies** * Orderliness and attention to detail. * Ability to prioritize tasks. * Teamwork. * Adaptability. * Courteous and professional demeanor.
