***Well-known company dedicated to the production and marketing of calcium oxide is looking for a WAREHOUSE MANAGER – HUARAZ\- MARCARA, to join our team.*** Requirements · Technical degree, bachelor's degree or graduate in Accounting, Economics, Administration, or Industrial Engineering. · One (01\) year of experience as warehouse manager in camps, construction sites, industrial plants, or mines. · One (01\) year of experience as logistics assistant in warehouses within the industrial sector. · Intermediate level in Excel, Microsoft Word, basic knowledge of SAP. · Desirable to have courses or specialization in Warehouse and Supply Management. · Knowledge of occupational health and safety. · 5 x 2 work schedule from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm Functions · Verify stocks of mineral coal, limestone, petroleum (diesel), PPEs, etc., at the time of entry (morning) and departure (afternoon). · Record inputs and outputs of supplies, materials, and tools into the SAP and Excel systems, entering delivery vouchers, shipping guides, or invoices as applicable, and noting on the invoice, receipt, and/or shipping guide the SAP input number. · Register and maintain control of critical supplies, fuels, tools, spare parts in their physical and/or digital Kardex upon warehouse entry, ensuring confirmation by the user and Warehouse Manager. · Report weekly on inventory control and stock levels of warehouse items based on activities carried out during the week. Copy and send digital file early in the morning to Outsourcing Lima. · Issue alerts for monthly requirement entries by verifying and ensuring warehouse stock availability to the Purchasing Manager for execution. · Send dispatch and supply report together with visual physical stock to the email addresses of purchasing, administration, operations manager, and accounting.
