




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide personalized customer service, promote and sell Claro products, offer advisory support and foster customer loyalty, while managing the sales process and achieving set objectives. Sales process management and achievement of objectives **Location:** Manchay – Tres Marías (100% in-person mode) **Candidate Profile:** * Age: Over 18 years old. * Experience: No prior experience required in direct sales, customer service, or call centers. * Education: Completed secondary education. **Skills:** * Ability to effectively handle objections and close sales. * Ability to interact with customers and adapt to diverse profiles. * Goal-oriented mindset and teamwork skills. * Communication and negotiation skills. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide personalized in-store customer service, identifying their needs. * Promote and sell Claro products. * Advise customers on plans, benefits, and service features. * Acquire new customers and retain existing ones. * Follow up with interested customers until sale completion. * Manage the sales process, including data registration and information validation. * Maintain store order, cleanliness, and proper product display. * Achieve established sales targets. * Report sales progress and results to the office team. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary **S/ 1300 \+ commissions** * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with one rotating day off, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., including a 1-hour break.
