Conduct technical meetings and prepare detailed final reports. ### **Profile Requirements** * **Academic Qualification:** Degree in Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields. * **General Experience:** Minimum 5 years of general professional experience. * **Specific Experience:** Minimum 2 years of proven experience in personnel transportation management within the mining sector or projects of similar scale. * **Essential Technical Knowledge:** Certification or extensive experience as an OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) Lead Auditor, expertise in risk management, analysis of critical controls, and road safety. * **Driver's License:** Category A\-II or higher is desirable. * Duration of service: 1 month ### **Key Responsibilities** * Comprehensively lead the assessment of the company's RC28 standard. * Lead and execute the on-site technical visit covering the Lima – Mine – Lima route. * Conduct an exhaustive analysis of critical operational and safety controls. * Facilitate technical meetings and working sessions with involved stakeholders. * Prepare, substantiate, and deliver the detailed final advisory report.
