




Position Summary: We are seeking a Digitization Assistant with experience in organizing and confidentially handling documentation, ensuring information quality and proper registration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Document digitization and file organization 2. Confidential handling of documentation 3. Document quality verification **Responsibilities:** Digitization and scanning of physical documents. Organization, classification, and labeling of digital files. Verification of quality and legibility of digitized documents. Registration and control of information in internal systems. Custody and confidential handling of documentation. **Requirements:** Completed secondary education (technical or administrative studies preferred). Minimum 6 months’ experience in digitization or documentary archiving (preferred). Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email). Orderliness and responsibility.
