




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Pastry Assistant to support the Chef in preparing, assembling, and decorating pastry and baked goods while maintaining quality and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance in the preparation and organization of pastry products. 2. Preparation, assembly, and decoration of desserts and baked goods. 3. Maintenance of quality and hygiene standards. **EXPERIENCED PASTRY ASSISTANT – MAGDALENA LOCATION** We are looking for an experienced Pastry Assistant to join our team. ***Responsibilities:*** Support the Chef and organize the preparation of various pastry products accurately according to different recipes. Keep the pastry area and utensils clean to comply with hygiene regulations. Prepare, assemble desserts and/or other pastry and baked goods according to quality standards and recipes. Follow established company procedures and implement 5S (Sort and Set in Order). Decorate products according to recipes and/or instructions. Properly manage waste collection processes. Prepare and bake doughs. ***Requirements:*** Valid DNI. Resident in districts adjacent to MAGDALENA. Technical degree or higher education in pastry, gastronomy, or baking (MANDATORY). Minimum 1 year of prior pastry experience (verifiable). Strong knowledge of pastry and baking techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Efficiency in production timelines.
