Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant or Intern to strengthen the quality management system at our coffee processing plant, supporting documentation organization and compliance verification. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to the Quality and Food Safety area at the plant. 2. Assist in strengthening and formalizing the quality management system. 3. Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Coffee Processing Plant We are currently seeking a Quality Assistant or Intern to support the Quality and Food Safety area at our plant. We are currently in the process of strengthening and formalizing our quality management system; therefore, we require a person to assist with document organization, on-site compliance verification, and internal procedure follow-up. \- **Main Responsibilities** o Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). o Apply inspection checklists at the plant. o Review and control quality records. o Support document control (procedures, forms, and current versions). o Verify records of established parameters (moisture, packaging controls, cleaning, etc.). o Report deviations to the Quality Manager. o Support activities related to the food safety management system. \- **Requirements** o Final-year student in: · Food Engineering · Agroindustrial Engineering · Industrial Engineering (with focus on quality) · Food Science and Technology o Technician in Food Industries / Food Technology. \- **Desirable:** o Basic knowledge of GMP and HACCP. o Basic Excel proficiency. \- **Profile** o Orderliness and organizational skills. o Attention to detail. o Sense of responsibility. o Ability to work effectively in a production plant environment. o Ability to follow procedures. \- **Conditions** o On-site work mode. o Position type: Assistant or internship (depending on profile and experience). o Work location: Ate Position type: Internship Contract duration: 3 months Salary: S/.1,300.00 \- S/.1,400.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
