




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to inspect, validate, and ensure the proper execution of architectural projects and specialty systems, maintaining quality standards. Promote continuous improvement and apply lessons learned. **EDDICO**, a company with over 23 years in the market, improving people’s lives through architecture and contributing to the growth of its clients’ businesses across all sectors, is seeking top talent to fill the position of **QUALITY SUPERVISOR.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * University degree * Minimum (3\-5\) years of experience in similar positions * Availability to work at various locations across Metropolitan Lima **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, execute, and document quality inspections for architecture and specialties according to the project’s quality schedule. * Supervise and validate the correct execution of architectural work items and the installation, operation, and performance of specialty systems (electrical, sanitary, HVAC, fire protection, gas, communications, among others). * Verify compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, applicable standards, internal procedures, and contractual requirements at all project stages. * Review, validate, and release checklists, protocols, tests, inspections, and material and system certificates, ensuring technical conformity and adherence to deadlines. * Issue, record, and track non-conformities (NC) and observations—including those from the client or third-party supervision—ensuring their effective closure within established timelines. * Identify and promptly alert on technical risks, critical deviations, or non-compliances that may affect project quality, safety, functionality, or schedule. * Prepare, consolidate, and issue Project Site Visit Reports and Project Quality Reports. * Participate in pre-handover, handover, and close-out verification activities, validating final quality of architectural work items and proper operation of specialty systems. * Review and validate as-built drawings, final protocols, certificates, technical data sheets, manuals, and ensure correct compilation of the project’s quality dossier prior to client handover. * Maintain up-to-date quality documentation, records, and photographic evidence, ensuring proper archiving and control within the project’s master folder. * Coordinate continuously with site managers, coordinators, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure proper execution and compliance with quality, order, cleanliness, and corporate image standards. * Apply and verify compliance with design and construction standards, as well as the company’s internal quality control guidelines. * Identify, document, and track lessons learned, promoting opportunities for continuous improvement and their application across projects. * Periodically report progress, risks, deviations, and key alerts to the Quality Manager, maintaining fluent and timely communication. * Comply with and promote Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSEQ) policies in all project activities. * Supervise documentation status in Aconex, verifying that documents are correctly uploaded, reviewed, and approved within established timelines. * Monitor documentation progress and potential delays, identifying observations, errors, or rework, and coordinating promptly with responsible parties for correction. * Issue documentation status reports (Aconex) to the Quality Manager and involved teams, ensuring traceability and compliance with the project’s documentation schedule. **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary * Food voucher * Transportation allowance * Training opportunities Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.4,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
