Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed Occupational Psychologist with experience in the mining industry, focused on driver assessments and soft skills related to operational safety. We are seeking a **licensed Occupational Psychologist**, with mining industry experience, focused on driver assessments and soft skills related to operational safety. **Responsibilities**: * In-person psychological assessments. * Interviews for aptitude validation. * Delivery of workshops and training sessions. * KPI tracking and report preparation. * Support in participant coordination and registration. **Academic Qualifications**: * University degree in Psychology. * Licensed and authorized to practice. **Work Experience**: * Experience in occupational psychology. * Experience assessing drivers and/or operators. * Mining sector experience (minimum 3 years). * Plant shutdown experience (minimum 2 years). **Additional Requirements**: * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate-to-advanced level). * Residence in Lima. **Benefits**: * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * (14) annual salaries = 12 months + 2 bonuses (Independence Day and Christmas). * CTS (Compensatory Severance Pay), vacation days. * Family allowance. * Profit-sharing participation. * Pleasant work environment. **Work Modality**: * 8x6 work schedule. * On-site work. * Transportation coverage from Lima. * 100% accommodation and meal coverage.
