The candidate must be organized, committed to their work, and highly motivated to learn and develop professionally. **Requirements:** * Electrical Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, Mechanical-Electrical Engineer, or related degree * Minimum experience: 3 years as a construction supervisor * Experience in corporate offices, retail establishments, buildings, or industrial plants * Low-voltage electrical installations and electrical panels * HVAC systems (location, electrical supply, control) * Low-current systems: * Fire detection and alarm systems * CCTV * Structured cabling * Access control * Advanced reading and interpretation of drawings and single-line diagrams * Quantity surveying and valuation * Current electrical regulations (CNE – Utilization) * AutoCAD and Excel (intermediate level) * Construction site control and planning **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise construction execution in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and current regulations. * Monitor project progress against the established schedule. * Coordinate daily with foremen and technicians regarding work planning. * Validate routing, conduit pathways, and equipment locations prior to execution. * Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. * Control executed quantity surveying for valuation purposes. * Identify interferences and propose technical solutions. * Manage change orders and provide technical justification to the client. * Coordinate with other disciplines (architecture, civil, mechanical, IT). * Verify compliance with safety standards (SSOMA). * Inspect installation quality and operational testing. * Participate in testing, energization, and commissioning. * Record observations and ensure their closure. * Prepare the ITSE and project dossier.
