If you meet the following requirements, you are the ideal candidate! **Academic Qualifications** Technical or bachelor’s degree in Engineering: Electromechanical or Electrical, Mechanical, and/or related fields. **Experience** 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance of industrial or logistics facilities. 2. Experience supervising technical staff and contractors. (Desirable) **Specific Knowledge** * Knowledge of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems, electromechanical systems, sanitary systems, and water treatment plants. * Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). (Desirable) * Familiarity with national technical regulations (electricity, water, safety, etc.). **Tools** * Intermediate-level Excel. * AutoCAD (Desirable) **Required Competencies** * Supervisory capability. * Organization and planning. * Problem-solving. * Ability to work under pressure. * Effective communication.
