Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to organize, lead, and track internal production, coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to optimize planning and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and internal production tracking. 2. Coordination and improvement of traceability processes. 3. Generation of KPIs for decision-making. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Organize, lead, and track internal production. \- Coordinate and follow up with the NPD department on technical specifications (tech packs) and samples, ensuring suppliers receive complete information for production. \- Maintain updated production tracking files and alert on potential deviations. Coordinate with the warehouse manager regarding yarn availability and timely delivery to suppliers. \- Improve production traceability files and reports to optimize planning. Track specific production tasks according to agreements with suppliers. Keep export files updated. \- Generate indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency and support managers’ decision-making. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields. \- Proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, and data analysis software (intermediate/advanced level). Advanced English, both oral and written (mandatory requirement). \- Analytical, proactive, solution-oriented, communicative, and organized profile. **EXPERIENCE** **\-** Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing plants, in production or planning departments. \- Knowledge of textiles.
