




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to support the supervision of administrative and accounting processes, manage documentation and communications, and update product history. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in supervising administrative and accounting processes 2. Management of documentation and digital communications 3. Updating product history and distribution REQUIREMENTS \- Technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering. \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). \- Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant. \- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. RESPONSIBILITIES \- Provide support in supervising administrative and accounting processes. \- Record daily product inflows and outflows from stores. \- Draft documentation required for specific tasks as requested. \- Make and receive telephone calls, emails, or other digital communications regarding assigned duties. \- Manage product distribution quantities, as well as related details (damages, replacements, and exchanges), and update this information in the system.
