The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards in a large-scale mining environment. ### **Profile Requirements** * **Academic Qualification:** University graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Experience Level:** Semi-senior. * **General Experience:** Minimum 5 years of professional experience. * **Specific Experience:** 5 or more years as an administrator with proven supervisory experience in the **large-scale mining** sector. * **Driver's License:** Category **A\-1** license (Mandatory). ### **Required Technical Knowledge** * Solid command of international standards **ISO and OHSAS**. * In-depth knowledge of the **Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental (SSO and MA) Regulation**, applied to electrical work activities. * Ability to identify and manage SSO and MA risks in the workplace. * Experience applying the **Root Cause Analysis** methodology. * Basic-level office software proficiency. ### **Working Conditions** * **Work Schedule:** Atypical system **14x7**
