We are currently recruiting professionals for the **Field Cost Control Engineer, Specialist** position to join our team. **About the Role** * Effectively plan and manage resources to enable project control efficiency in alignment with services contracted by Ausenco and deliverables. * Establish and periodically update project-specific control procedures and the Project Controls Execution Plan. * Contribute to project delivery in accordance with key deliverables by establishing baseline schedules, control budgets, trends, and scope changes. * Manage clients and contractors, and track planned versus actual schedule and cost performance. * Validate contractor progress and attend client review meetings. **About You** * Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering, Administration, Finance, or related disciplines. * Minimum 15 years of prior work experience in project controls and/or related roles. * Experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) and/or Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC). * Knowledge of various contract types and limited contractual obligations. * Experience in cost control, planning/scheduling, forecasting, progress measurement, monthly reporting, and report preparation within an engineering and project environment. * Proficiency in Primavera software. * Experience with project controls software such as Ecosys, ERP, and Oracle. **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to empower you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
