We are currently recruiting professionals for the position of Field Planning Control Engineer, Intermediate to join our Minerals \& Metals business line on one of our major field-based projects. **About the Role** * Develop detailed baseline schedules using Primavera P6\. * Establish work breakdown structures (WBS) and define project milestones. * Monitor and update progress against the baseline schedule. * Identify critical path activities and analyze schedule delays. * Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to integrate their inputs into the master schedule. * Attend project meetings and provide schedule updates. * Generate periodic progress reports (daily, weekly, and monthly). * Identify variances and recommend corrective actions. * Analyze potential risks and their impact on the schedule. * Update schedules to reflect changes in scope or strategy. * Ensure compliance with client specifications, industry standards, and company procedures. **About You** * Professionals in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and/or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 7 years of experience on mining projects. * Proficiency in Primavera P6\ is essential. * Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), CPM scheduling, and delay analysis. * Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, AACE, etc.). **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
