Job Summary: Mectrak Carrocerías is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee bodywork production, coordinate personnel and projects, and ensure quality and profitability. Key Highlights: 1. Development of new branches and technical-commercial liaison. **Job Profile** – Operations Supervisor **Company:** Mectrak Carrocerías **Department:** Operations Location: Head Office and associated branches **Main Responsibilities** 1\. Supervise bodywork production across all stages: design, assembly, painting, electrical systems, and finishing. 2\. Control material inventory and manage timely purchases under the FIFO methodology. 3\. Coordinate and approve the weekly work schedule for operational staff. 4\. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines with clients. 5\. Monitor production costs and propose actions to optimize profitability. 6\. Supervise compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in work areas. 7\. Prepare and present project progress reports to management. 8\. Coordinate technical and safety training for plant personnel. 9\. Provide support in the opening, operation, and supervision of new branches in alliance with strategic partners. 10\.
